List an Item: Sellers can list one or more items in 2 different ways

  • How do I list an Item?

    To list an item click the "list an item" button on the top of the home page.  This is where you can list single items one at a time, or choose to list multiple items all at once, through the convenience of our CR QuickList.

  • What is the My Images section of the List an Item page?

    The "My Images" feature is a quick and easy way of getting all of your images uploaded at once, before you start your listing process.  This way you get the convenience of having all your images on the same page as your listing template.  When you're ready to list an item, just click and drag the appropriate image to your listing. 

  • Can I upload multiple images at once?

    Yes, our Bulk Image Uploader allows you to pull multiple images into the "My Images" section, all at one time. Just click on "Select Files" under "My Images" and find the folder of images you wish to upload from your PC. If you want to upload multiple images, simply hold down the control key while clicking the images you wish to upload. Hit enter and within seconds all of your selected images will upload quickly and neatly in your My Images section. Once your images are uploaded, you can click the "Manage my images" button, which will allow you to add a tag to each image you have uploaded.

  • How do I add an image to my listing?

    Once your images are uploaded, simply click and drag the image from the right hand side of the page to the image box on your listing. You may add up to 2 images for each listing.

  • What does it cost to list an item?

    There are never any listing fees. It is always free to list an item!

  • What is the Purchase Price and the Best offer?

    The Purchase Price is what you (the seller) feel is a fair price to set for your item.  If you decide that you would be willing to accept offers for your item, just click the "Best Offer" box to allow buyers to send you offers on that listing.

  • Will I be able to send counter offers to buyers on the offers they have made?

    Yes, counter offers are an option that will be made available to you once a buyer has sent you an offer on your item.

  • Can I edit my listing price or description?

    Yes, you can edit any part of your listing if there are no open offers.  However, if there are open offers on your listing, you must first reject those offers, and then you can edit your listing.

Collector Revolution Buyer Rewards Program and the CR Rewards Store

  • What is the Collector Revolution BuyerRewards Program?

    At Collector Revolution, we reward our buyers for every purchase they make. Earn 1 CR point for every $1 spent.  Every purchase on Collector Revolution qualifies.

  • When and how can I redeem my points?

    You can redeem your points at any time.  Just go to the CR Rewards Store by clicking on "CR Rewards Store" and you will see several incredible items that you can use your points to buy. All the items that are illuminated are items that you qualify to "purchase" with your points.  If an item is not illuminates, it simply means that you do not have enough points yet to "buy" it. If you see an illuminated item that you want, click on "Cash in points for this item" and the item will be yours. Your points will automatically be deducted from your account.

  • How and when do I get my Rewards Item?

    The Rewards item you select will be shipped to the address that you have on file. All items will be shipped within 4 weeks of the date of redemption.

  • Once I click to redeem my points, can I change my mind and switch my item?

    Unfortunately, no; once you have clicked on "Cash in points for this item", and answered "Yes" to "Are you sure you want to cash in your points for this item," then this transaction is considered final.

Collector Revolution Seller Incentive Program

  • Do I need to sign up for the Seller Incentive Program?

    No sign up is required. Every seller can participate.

  • How does the Incentive Program work?

    It's simple. Just pass out your unique 6-digit code to as many people as possible and encourage them to sign up. Once they sign up, enter your code, and spend $50 or more on the site, you get credit for that buyer. Get 10 people to do this and you get your entire next months' Final Sales fees completely paid for by us!

My Dashboard

  • Where do I find all of the items that I have bought?

    If you go to the Member Dashboard, and look under the column labeled "Buying", you will see a tab for "Items I've bought". If you proceed to click this box, you will be able to view all of the items you have bought.

  • Where do I find all of the items I have made offers on?

    If you go to the Member Dashboard, and look under the column labeled "Buying", you will see a tab for "Items I've made offers on". If you click this box, you will be able to view all of the items you have made offers on.

  • Where do I find all of the items that I have sold?

    If you go to the Member Dashboard, and look under the column labeled "Selling", you will see a tab for "Items I've sold". If you click this box, you will be able to view all of the items you have sold.

  • Where do I go to fix or change any of my information?

    If you go to the Member Dashboard, and look under the column labeled "My Info" you will see a tab for "My Account". If you click this box, you will be able to access and change any of your account information.

  • Where do I go to redeem my CR Points?

    If you go to the Member Dashboard, and look under the column labeled "My Info", you will see a tab for "Redeem CR Points". If you click this box, you will be taken to the CR Rewards Store where you can proceed to redeem your CR Points.

  • Where can I go to check my feedback?

    If you go to the Member Dashboard, and look under the column labeled "My Info", you will see a tab for "My Feedback". If you click this box, you will be able to view all of your feedback.
